Brian Bilbo

Brian Bilbo isn’t new to the EV world—or to NCC. A seasoned sales leader with a knack for connecting people, projects, and possibilities, Brian brings more than a decade of experience across EV charging, cleantech, and eMobility. From steering large-scale electrification projects to forging game-changing partnerships, he’s been at the forefront of the industry’s most exciting shifts.

Brian’s career journey has taken him from Hawaiʻi (where he cut his teeth helping NCC and Aloha Charge grow their early operations) to national roles at ChargerHelp!, APTIM, and Autel Energy, where he drove strategy, service, and scale for major clean technology initiatives. Along the way, he’s built a reputation for knowing the EV ecosystem inside and out—from hardware and software to installation and long-term operations.

Now back at NCC as Senior Director of Business Development, Brian is focused on the Colorado market along with expanding our national footprint across municipalities, higher ed, utilities, fleets, and enterprise clients. His mission? Pairing future-ready charging solutions with customer needs so that our partners can thrive in the electric era.

Brian holds a BS in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Marketing and International Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville—and even spent time studying abroad in Freiburg, Germany. When he’s not driving EV adoption, you might find him swapping road-trip stories or planning his next adventure.
